In LARK310 my approach to fitness is minimalistic. This means we are only in the gym 3 days a week in order to get Max results with Minimum Effort. Thanks to a specific type of training called RPT. Instead of hours of cardio, we focus on walking instead.

Your mindset can make or break your fitness journey. In LARK310 we focus on mindset shifting and reframing our thoughts. Our brain is powerful! We use psychological tools to support our journey and mental health to insure long lasting results.
